The serenity of the gardens and the beauty of Val d'Orcia are naturally therapeutic and join forces with the treatments of the thermal spa and its centuries-old health-giving waters to restore genuine balance.
The programme begins on the first day with Rasul, a purifying and regenerating treatment that combines mud, clay, soothing heat, steam and fragrances followed by the Thalaquam saltwater pool, where to float as if with no gravity, for a total deep relaxation.
The second day continues with our Wellbeing Awakening to start the new day in harmony with our personal trainer, followed by a session of total body Cryotherapy in the Longevity Suite that reduces stress, helps eliminate toxins and stimulates endorphins, and a Rebalance massage, to free the mind and lead you into a deep state of relaxation.
Our Wellbeing Awakening, on the third day, completes the experience to leave you feeling revitalised for your return home.
